Wonderful
Amazing staff, everyone was really helpful and friendly. Prefect location. Great view. Loved the mini shop at reception.
The rubbish bin in the room hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests and it was full of rotten food that made the room smell atrocious. Housekeeping took it away the next day.

Great view and friendly staff
Amazing view under The Remarkables although not close to public transport although staff made some great recommendations for Uber and Taxi Services. Extremely friendly staff who have fantastic local recommendations - always a welcome smile every morning and quick to attend to any needs of required- stand out! Room was clean, neat and tidy with washing machine and drier along with small kitchen
Rooms were not very sound proof- I was located on the 3rd floor and could hear everyone in the hall and other rooms despite bed being away from the entrance to the room.

It was a good stay, loved the view and staff was very welcoming.
The room was spacious and had a really good view.
Room could be better furnished in terms of capitalising on the view. Only one lounge chair present.

Very Good
Very clean, good little self service shop for anything needed in a hotel. Good size rooms like the pictures,, clean bathroom. Beautiful view comimg out of reception and not really surrounded or blocked by other hotels. Would stay again.
Just bearing in mind a "Mountain View" room had a huge metal bar crossing the window and room looked onto opposite building with a thin sliver of a mountain view if pressed up close to the window...
